The gas burner is NOT included.
No need for complex modifications! This model comes pre-drilled/pre-cut at the factory for quick and simple burner installation, making your setup seamless and stress-free.
Our hybrid ovens are designed to accommodate burners comparable in size to the M-1 or Auto E-1 models, which are widely available on the market. While we don't currently sell burners directly, you are welcome to source the option that best fits your needs and preferences.
For optimal performance and safety, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional for installation.
While it's possible to cut a hole yourself, it's important to know that any after-purchase modifications, like manually cutting into the oven for a burner, can void the manufacturer's 3-year warranty if not done correctly. Choosing a factory pre-cut oven ensures the integrity of your oven remains intact and that your warranty stays fully protected. It's a safer, smarter way to go, especially when working with premium, handmade brick ovens.

The Taller Ovens:
Lisboa, Lume Alto, Ventura
(1) Higher dome - more room for cooking taller or larger items like turkeys
(2) Dutch door so you can open half or all of it - great for the rotisserie or for partial open-door cooking
(3) Slightly smaller width door opening but the door is taller – some people like that for its ambiance to watch the fire burning
(4) Rotisserie-capable for cooking chicken or meat on a spit - can add optional manual rotisserie
The Wider Ovens:
Pizzaioli, Lume Largo, Beuna Ventura
(1) Wider dome - more room for cooking wider items like a rack of lamb
(2) Door opens down - customers like that it is more out of the way when cooking
(3) Slightly lower height door opening but the door is wider – some people like a wider door so they can put in larger dishes
(4) Most authentic look - some people like the traditional lower dome style
Despite the difference in shape and size, both our tall and wide ovens are crafted with the same premium materials and construction standards. All of our ovens are made from AUTHENTIC BRICK — not clay! This is a crucial distinction to keep in mind when comparing oven brands. There is a real difference in quality, performance, and longevity.
